ABOUT THE SHOW:
Catherine, a brilliant but troubled young woman, has spent years caring for her mentally ill father, a once-renowned mathematician. After his death, she must navigate the unexpected arrival of her estranged sister Claire and the growing interest of Hal, one of her father’s former students. As buried emotions and old secrets surface, Catherine faces the most haunting question of all: how much of her father’s brilliance—or his instability—has she inherited?
CHARACTERS:
— Catherine: 20s, brilliant college dropout with a sharp tongue
— Robert: 50s–60s, a math genius recently deceased; only Catherine can see and speak to him
— Claire: Late 20s to mid 30s, Catherine’s well-meaning but controlling sister
— Hal: Mid 20s to 30s, a former student of Robert’s searching through his notebooks.
